Abstract:Using the transmission matrix method,the absorption characteristics o f one-dimensional photonic crystals with metal layers are studied in this paper.By analyzing the transmission spectrum,reflec tion spectrum and absorption spectrum of the one-dimensional photonic crystals,the effects of metal layers extinct ion coefficient,the dispersion coefficient,the incident angle and the periodic number of the photonic crystal structure on absorptivity are studied.The results show that with the increase of extinction coefficient and the period number,the absorptivity increases obv iously,while the spectral line width and the wavelength position of the high absorption band are basically unchanged.The absorptivity v aries slightly with the increase of the metal layers dispersion coefficient,and the positions of different absorption bands move to the long wave direction,while the spectral width remains unchanged.The average absorptivity decreases with the in crease of incident angle,and the spectral position moves towards the long wave.The absorptivity fluctuation in the whole absorption rate band decreases as the period number of one-dimensional photonic crystal increases.The results of this paper can be used to increase the absorption of solar radiation and provide importantbasis for thedesign ofphotoniccrystals and theira pplication in solar energy utilization.
