    摘要:

    采用高温固相法成功制备出了一系列LED用白色 荧光粉NaGd1-x-y(MoO4)2:xDy3+,yTm 3+,用X射线衍射仪(XRD),荧光分光光度计和紫外-可见-近红外光谱分析系统对样 品的物相结构和发光性能进行了表征。结果显示制备的荧光粉的白光由Dy3+的特征黄光发 射(575 nm)、特征蓝光发射(488 nm)与Tm 3+的特征蓝光发射(459 nm)组合而成。制备的 NaGd(MoO4)2基质为四方晶系即白钨矿结构。在上述荧光粉中,激活离子Dy3+ 发射4F9/2-6H13/2 跃迁的黄光(575 nm)和4F9/2-6H15/2跃迁的蓝光(488 nm),激活离子Tm3+发射1D2-3F4的蓝光 (459nm)跃迁,蓝光发射受晶体场的影响被劈为两个发 射峰。该系列荧光粉在389nm波长激 发下,当Dy3+浓度为10%,Tm3+浓度为12%时样品色坐标(0. 326,0.326)最接近标 准白 光(0.33),当Dy3+浓度为8% ,Tm3+浓度为12%时样品发光强度达到 最大,色坐标为(0.377,0.369),结果表明,该系列荧光粉有潜在的发展和应用前景 。

    Abstract:

    A series of LED white phosphors NaGd1-x-y(MoO4)2:xDy3+yTm3+ were synthesized by high temperature solid state method.The phase structure and luminescence propert ies of samples were investigated by X-ray diffractometer (XRD),fluorescence spectrophotometer and UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy.The results show that the white light of the prepared phosphor is composed of the characteristic yellow light emission (575nm) of Dy3+,th e characteristic blue light emission (488nm) and the characteristic blue light emission (459nm) of T m3+.The prepared NaGd(MoO4)2substrates are all scheelite structures,the activated ion Dy3+ emits 4F9/2-6H13/2 transition yellow light (575nm) and the blue light of 4F9/2-6H15/2 transition (488nm),the blue light transition of the activated ion Tm3+ emitting 1D23F 4 (459nm) is a non-sensitive transition,and the blue light emission is reduced to two emission peaks by the influence of the cry stal field.that when the phosphor is excited at 389nm,when the concentration of Dy3+ is 10%, t he concentration of Tm3+ is 12%,the sample is closest to the standard white light (0.33,0.33),and when the concentration of Dy3+ is 8%,the concentration of Tm3+ is 12%,the luminescence intensity of the sample reaches the maximum,the color coordinate is (0.3777,0. 3696).The results show this series of phosphors has potential development and application prospects.
