    摘要:

    血红蛋白作为人体不可或缺的蛋白质,其含量是 反映人体血液健康状况的重要生理指标。为准确、 实时监测人体血红蛋白浓度变化,本文搭建了一种介入式血红蛋白浓度监测系统,采用微创 方式对人体血 红蛋白含量进行测量。为提高测量结果的准确度,分别对两个光电探测器的电压采集引入修 正系数:α1=0.934 ,α2=0.956,修正后的电压值更均匀稳定。对10名异性受试者的血 样均进行连续10 次测量,检测结果的均方差最大为σ=0.839,表明该血红蛋白浓度监测系统具有较好的稳定性;另外 50名受试者单次测量为一组样本,将测量值与医院检测的真实值进行数据分析,男性受试者 样本的相关系 数为R=0.887,女性受试者样本的相 关系数为R=0.900,测量结果具有较 高的可靠性以及有效性。对介入式测定体内局部血红蛋白浓度进行研究,将在临床医疗微创 手术中发挥重要的指导作用。

    Abstract:

    Hemoglobin is an indispensable protein of the human body,and its cont ent is an important physiological index reflecting the health status of human blood.In order to mon itor human hemoglobin concentration accurately and in real time,an interventional hemoglobin concentr ation monitoring system is established in this paper.The human hemoglobin content is measured using a mini mally invasive method.In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement results,correction coefficients are introduced for the voltage collection of the two photodetectors respectively: α1=0.934 ,α2=0.956,and the corrected voltage values are more uniform and stable.The blood samples of 10heterosexual subject s were measured for 10consecutive times,and the largest mean square error of the test results was σ=0.8390,indicating that the hemoglobin concentration monitoring system has good stability.A single measurem ent of another 50subjects was a group of samples.Based on the data analysis of the measured value and the rea l value detected by the hospital, the correlation coefficient of the sample of the male subject is R =0.8874,and the correlation coefficient of the sample of the female subject is R=0.9002.The measurement result has high reliability and validity.The study of interventional determination of local hemoglobin concentration will play an i mportant guiding role in clinically minimally invasive surgery.
