The rapid development of communication technology puts forward higher demand for bandwidth,mobile communication develops to higher frequency band suc h as millimeter wave,because the wide spectrum of W band (74-110GHz) can meet the demand for high traffic,which provides a huge impetus for the research of W -band system.This paper presents and simulates a scheme of generating 90GHz MM W generated by 30-tuple frequency optical MMW with high order sideband generated b y using triangular wave signal as the RF signal driver dual drive Mach Increment al modulator (DDMZM) and using high nonlinear fiber (HNLF) to generate four-wav e mixing effect (FWM) to further increase the frequency multiplier.Simulation res ults show that the experimental scheme can use 3GHz RF signal to generate 90GH z optogenic millimeter-wave signal,and carry 2.5Gbit/s NRZ signal transmission 20km,the eye map clear signal quality is good.In addition,the influence of HNLF length and the intensity of light signal into HNLF on FWM is analyzed,and the conditions for HNLF to generate the best ±15order sideband are obtained,so as to further optimize the whole system.
