    摘要:

    为了获取多波长的指端光电脉搏波信号来进行脉 搏波特征分析,利用STM32F103ZE嵌入式平台设 计了基于八波长激光调制光源的脉搏波检测系统。系统光源是由STM32控制的八波长激光组 成的调制光 源,再由光电二极管构成光电转换电路将光信号转换为易处理的电信号。系统结合巴特沃斯 高通滤波电路 与切比雪夫低通滤波电路的滤波特性设计了由这两种电路级联构成的带通滤波电路来减小噪 声对脉搏波检 测的影响,且在电路设计时采用OrCAD PSpice软件来对电路进行优化分析,滤波电路带宽选 择0.2 Hz, 以较大的限度保留光电脉搏波中的有用的生理信息。通过STM32利用分时检测的方法采集八 通道脉搏波 数据,检测结果显示系统成功检测到八通道光电脉搏波且脉搏波特征清晰,体现出 0.2 Hz带通滤波电路对光电脉搏波的较好的处理 效果。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at obtaining multi-wavelength fingertip photoelectric pulse wav e signals for pulse wave characteristic analysis,a pulse wave detection system based on an eight-wavele ngth laser modulated light source was designed using the STM32F103ZE embedded platform.The system light source is a modulated light source composed of an eight-wavelength laser controlled by STM32,and a photoelectric conversion circuit is formed by a photodiode to convert the optical signal into an easy-to-process electrical si gnal.The system combines the filter characteristics of Butterworth high-pass filter circuit and Chebyshev low-pass filter circuit to design a band-pass filter circuit composed of these two circuits in cascade to reduce the influence of noise on pulse wave detection,and used OrCAD PSpice software to optimize the circuit during circuit design,the f ilter circuit bandwidth choice 0.2~60Hz to retain the useful physiological information in the photoelectric p ulse wave to a larger limit.The eight- channel pulse wave data is collected by STM32using the time-sharing detection method,the detection result shows that the system has successfully detected the eight-channel photoelectric pulse wave and the pulse wave characteristics were clear,which reflected that the 0.2~60Hz bandpass filter circuit had a good processing effect on the photoelectric pulse wave.
