    摘要:

    为了建立近红外信号特性与气液两相流不同流型 相含率的关系,本文基于朗伯-比尔定律及物质的 吸光度,对近红外接收信号与气液两相流相含率的关系进行了探究。将八通道近红外检测装 置安装在河北 大学多相流实验系统,并针对泡状流、环状流、弹状流三种流型下共87组工况点进行了多组 实验,针对不 同流型建立了相应的相含率测量模型,其中泡状流模型液相含率相对误差在±3%以内;环状 流模型气相含 率相对误差在±3%以内;弹状流模型液相含率相对误差在±5%以内,所建立的气液两相 流体积含率测 量模型效果可观。证明了基于近红外理论建立气液两相流相含率模型是可行的,为两相流检 测提供了一种可靠的方法。

    Abstract:

    In order to establish the relationship between the characteristics of t he near-infrared signal and the phase holdups of different gas-liquid two-phase flows,based on Lambert-Beer′ s law and the absorbance of substances,the relationship between the near-infrared received signal and the phase holdups of the gas-liquid two-phase flow Inquiry.The eight-channel near-infrared detection device was installed in the multiphase flow experimental system of Hebei University,and a total of 87sets of operating poi nts under the three flow patterns of bubbly flow,annular flow and slug flow were carried out in multiple sets of experiments.A corresponding phase holdup measurement model was established for the bubbly flow model.The relative error of the liquid phase holdup of the bubbly flow model is within ±3%;the relative error of the gas holdup of the annular flow model is within ±3%; the relative error of the liquid phase holdup of the slug flow model is within ±5%,and the established gas-liquid two-phase flow volume holdup measurement model is effective.It is proved that it is feasible to establish the phase hold up model of gas-liquid two-phase flow based on the near-infrared theory,which provides a reliable method for tw o-phase flow detection.
