    摘要:

    随着物联网与智能制造兴起,提升拉曼光谱仪的 数字化与智能网络化操作显得尤为重 要。激光拉曼光谱仪中传统的光路转换系统需要手动调节光路转换器的高度以达到控制光路 的目的,由于人工手动操作精度有限,为了减少操作带来的误差,本文利用无线通信技术在 移动终端上实现了对多路激光拉曼光谱仪的无线控制及远程监控,使用户能远程控制仪器并 实时了解运行状态。为解决控制功能与监控功能之间可能存在通信干扰的问题,基于蓝牙及 WiFi两种无线通信技术自主设计了可靠的通信协议。基于实时流传输协议(RTSP)流媒体服务 器技术,在移动终端上对接收到的码流进行视频解码,使用增强深度残差网络(EDSR)对视频 帧进行超分辨率重建后渲染播放,改善了视频采集和解码过程中图像细节信息丢失的问题, 提升了图像的视觉效果。将控制与监控功能集成于移动终端,不仅提升了操作的精度和便利 性,同时使用户能在不与激光接触的情况下控制仪器,减少了激光可能对用户带来的危害, 使开展更多的研究性实验成为可能。

    Abstract:

    With the rise of the Internet of Things and intelligent manufacturing, it is particularly important to improve the digital and intelligent network ope ration of Raman spectrometers.The traditional optical path conversion system in the laser Raman spectrometer needs to manually adjust the height of the optical path converter to achieve the purpose of controlling the optical path.Due to t he limited accuracy of manual operation,in order to reduce the error caused by the operation,this article uses wireless communication technology to implement it on the mobile terminal The wireless control and remote monitoring of the mult i-channel laser Raman spectrometer enable users to remotely control the instrum e nt and understand the operating status in real time.In order to solve the probl em of possible communication interference between the control function and the m onitoring function,a reliable communication protocol was independently designed based on the two wireless communication technologies of Bluetooth and WiFi.Bas ed on the real-time streaming protocol (RTSP) streaming media server technology , the received code stream is video decoded on the mobile terminal,and the enhan ced depth residual network (EDSR) is used to super-resolution reconstruction of the video frame and then rendered and played,which improves The problem of imag e detail information loss in the process of video acquisition and decoding impro ves the visual effect of the image.Integrating the control and monitoring funct ions into the mobile terminal not only improves the accuracy and convenience of operation,but also enables users to control the instrument without contact with the laser,reducing the possible harm caused by the laser to the user,and enab ling more development The research experiment becomes possible.
