Abstract:Aimed to solve problems like low-temp erature sensing and narrow temperature range of conventional fiber laser active temperature sensing technology based on fiber gratings,a fiber laser high temper ature sensing measurement system based on femtosecond laser written fiber Bragg grating (fsFBG) is proposed.The fsFBG is embedded into a fiber-optic ring struc ture,which simultaneously acts as a temperature sensitive element and a laser wa velength feedback device.Based on the structure,optical path of an fsFBG-type f iber laser is designed and built.Bandwidth of the output optical signal is 3.45GHz,the peak intensity is 31.94dBm,and the maximum wavelength drift of continuo us spectrum detection within 2hours is 3.25pm,which can be regarded as no mode hopping phenomenon.Narrow linewidth,high signal-to-noise ratio up to 60dB,an d high power signal ouput are achived,and the output optical signal can linearly characterize the temperature sensing of the fsFBG.Experimental results show tha t a linear sensing in a wide temperatures range from 50℃ to 1000℃,a linearity of 0.9975,and a wavelength-temperature sensitivity of 13.8pm/℃ are achieved.
