    摘要:

    心血管病的发病原因与血管的力学特性密切相关, 为精确测量血管截面在不同压强条 件下的变形响应,本文将光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)与血 管注射加载装置相结合,实现了不同压强条件下血管截面图像的获取;分析了光折射对成像 的影响,提出了血管截面OCT图像的纠偏方法;采用数字图像相关(digital image correla tion,DIC)方法处理纠偏后图像,实现了血管截面的变形测试,最终形成了一套血管截面 变形测试系统及方法。OCT图像纠偏验证实验验证了折射纠偏方法的必要性和有效性,血管 仿体实验验证了本文测试系统及方法的可靠性。将本文方法应用于猪血管试样变形测试,获 得了猪血管壁截面在不同压强条件下的全场位移和应变。

    Abstract:

    The cause of cardiovascular disease is closely related to the mechanic al properties of blood vessels.In order to accurately measure the deformation r esponse of blood vessel cross-sections under different pressure conditions,thi s paper combines optical coherence tomography (OCT) with an injection loading dev ice to acquire the cross-sectional images of blood vessels under different pres s ure conditions;The influence of light refraction on imaging is analyzed,and th e correction method of OCT image of blood vessel cross-section is proposed;dig ital image correlation (DIC) method is used to process the corrected images to measure the deformation of the blood vessel cross-section,a set of blood ve s sel cross-section deformation test system and method is developed finally.The v erification experiment of the correction of OCT image verifies the necessity and effectiveness of the refraction rectification method.The vascular mimic experi ment verifies the reliability of the developed system and method.The developed system and method are also applied to the deformation measurement of the pig blo od vessel sample,the full field displacement and strain of the pig blood vessel wall section under different pressure conditions are obtained.
