    摘要:

    随着光通信技术的发展,滤波器在光的波分复用 技术中具有举足轻重的作用。但是, 传统滤波器存在尺寸大、滤波性能差、制备较复杂的问题。对此本文设计了2种形如 (AB)NBM(AB)N、(AB)N(BA)N结构的1维光子晶体窄带滤波器,并利用传输矩阵法 对这两种 光子晶体滤波器进行了计算,针对其光子禁带和滤波性能进行了分析,在优化结构设计的基 础上探究了不同参数对于滤波性能的影响。结果表明:1维叠层缺陷型光子晶体窄带滤波器 和1维镜像型光子晶体窄带滤波器在一定的波长范围内,均可以获得一个较窄的透过带,叠 层缺陷型光子晶体窄带透射率接近99%,镜像型光子晶体窄带透射率 为96%,滤波性能优 异,能够满足窄带滤波技术的要求,并有望在光波分复用技术中获得广泛的应用。

    Abstract:

    With the popularity of optical communication technology,there is a growing recognition that the filter plays a significant role in wavelength division mult iplexing technology. However,traditional filters have some disadvantages which are supposed to be im proved and optimized,such as large size,poor filtering performance and complicated prepar ation.In order to solve these problems effectively,this paper designed two types of one-dimensio nal photonic crystal narrow-band filters with (AB)NBM(AB)N and (AB)N(BA)N structur es.At the same time,the transfer matrix method was be used to calculate two photonic crystal filters .The photonic band gaps were analyzed and the effect of different parameters on the filtering perfo rmance was explored on the basis of the optimized design structure.The results show that: the one-dimensional laminated defect type photonic crystal narrow-band filter and the one-dimensional mirror image type photonic crystal narrow-band filter are able to obtain a narrow transmission band within a certain wavelength range,the transmittance at the na rrow band of laminated defect type photonic crystal is close to 99% and the mirror image type photonic crystal′s transmittance is 96%,as well as present excellent filtering performa nce,which can meet the narrowband filtering technical requirements.It is expected to be widely use d in optical wavelength division multiplexing technology.
