    摘要:

    偏振成像由于其能检测物体偏振信息并可有效抑 制背景噪声信号而受到了广泛关注。以往对 正弦振幅光栅成像的研究基本都是在完全相干、非相干、或部分相干照明条件下进行,而本 文基于偏振 相干统一理论,在部分相干照明条件下考虑了光的偏振态,设计了部分相干光照明正弦 振幅光栅的 偏振成像系统,据此系统得出其斯托克斯(Stokes)频域计算模型,提供了一种计算Stokes 物像频域关系 的方法,通过透射交叉系数来描述其偏振成像系统的频率响应,说明偏振成像系统是非线性 的,对光栅 像强度中直流分量、基频、二次谐波进行分析研究,给出一组归一化Stokes参数下部分相干光照射正弦 振幅光栅像 面强度图,并利用MATLAB绘制出几组不同物体照明相干间隔与成像系统衍射图样大小比率下 的Stokes像强度图,扩展了正弦轨迹分析在偏振成像系统性能评估中的应用。

    Abstract:

    Polarization imaging has attracted extensive attention in recent years due to its ability to detect object polarization information and effectively suppress noise signals of backgro und.The previous research on sinusoidal amplitude grating imaging is basically carried o ut under the conditions of fully coherent,incoherent or partially coherent illumination.Whi le this paper is based on the unified theory of polarization coherence,and it takes the polari zation state of light into account under the condition of partially coherent illumination,and designs a partially coherent light′s polarization imaging system illuminated by a sinusoidal amplitude grati ng,according to which the Stokes frequency domain calculation model is obtained,and a method for calc ulating the frequency domain relationship of the Stokes object image is provided.Also,the frequency response of the polarization imaging system is described by the transmission cross coeffi cient,the nonlinearity of the polarization imaging system is showed,direct component, the fundamental frequency and the second harmonic in the grating image intensity are analyzed,and a set of normalized Stokes paramet ers is given,under which the partial coherent light irradiates the sinusoidal amplitude grating on the image plane intensity map,and this paper uses MATLAB to draw several sets of Stokes image i ntensity maps under the ratio of the illumination coherence interval of the object to the diff raction pattern size of the imaging system are plotted,which extends the application of the sinusoidal traj ectory analysis in the performance evaluation of the polarization imaging system.
